The ownership of Shadowbrook Resort is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ralph Del Prete as General Manager. Del Prete assumed his GM responsibilities on May 28
Ralph began his hospitality career in 1995 as a Restaurant Manager and Partner for Martini’s Lounge in Philadelphia and has moved up in responsibilities since. Working in the hospitality industry for close to 25 years, Ralph’s knowledge and leadership is well documented in nurturing his staff’s talents that drives hospitality performance and quality of service. He most recently held the position of Director of Food and Beverage for Hotel Anthracite and before that held the same position with the Radisson Lackawanna Station in Scranton. Ralph looks forward to implementing his experience, leadership and passion to promote customer service and satisfaction, community engagement and ingrain hospitality to each of Shadowbrook’s core businesses.
Ralph states, “I am excited for the opportunity to lead such an amazing resort that has been a staple of our community for decades. I look forward to providing the necessary leadership and strategic planning to all departments. Additionally, I am excited to develop our culture, service standards and guest satisfaction in order to maximize operational potential.”
