With another Harford Fair now in the record books, there are just two fairs in the Endless Mountains left on the calendar: The Sullivan County Fair at Forksville and the Wyoming County Fair at Meshoppen, both running from Wednesday to Mondays, Aug. 28 to Sept. 2.

Except for a chance of thunderstorms on opening day, the weather should cooperate throughout with highs in the 70s to near 80 and nighttime temps in the low 60s – the perfect hint of fall for the last weekend of summer

The long-term forecast follows:

Sunday: mostly sunny 75/50

Monday: mostly sunny 75/55

Tuesday: partly cloudy 75/63

Wednesday: some showers 75/58

Thursday: partly cloudy 78/55

Friday: sunny 80/60

Saturday: partly cloudy 81/57

Sunday: partly cloudy 75/55

Monday: mostly sunny 75/55

The EndlessMtnLifestyles.com weather report is based on expected conditions at approximately 1,100 ft elevation in Meshoppen Township, Wyoming County, near the center of the Endless Mountains region.
