The Kiwanis Wyoming County Fair Grounds west of Meshoppen lie dormant under a fresh coating of snow and bright sunshine on Wednesday. Additional accumulations of snow are possible on Thursday and Sunday evenings, and frigid temperatures will apparently persist.
