(Tunkhannock) Kintner Modular Homes, Inc. (KMHI), a full-service modular home builder established in 1972 by Fred Kintner, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joshua Kintner to Vice President of General Operations as of May 13. Joshua Kintner, who represents the third generation of the Kintner family, will be transitioning into his father Jeff Kintner’s role as President of General Operations.

Joshua Kintner graduated from Pennsylvania State University in May with a degree in economics, focusing also on sociology and business. In taking over the role his grandfather created, Joshua Kintner aims to expand the company with satellite locations and an increased workforce.

I’m excited about the opportunity I have, and I feel fortunate to be at the helm of a company that’s been great for so long,” Joshua Kintner said. “I find myself in an interesting position with were we are in the market and what we’ve been doing to get there – I’m eager to scale that larger with new technologies and new efficiencies that are possible with this company.”

KMHI specializes in both custom modular homes and turn-key modular houses and has provided quality modular homes to The Poconos, Scranton, Bloomsburg, Hazleton, Stroudsburg, Tunkhannock, Wilkes-Barre and the rest of Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. Apart from a range of full-customization packages for prospective homeowners and keeping the process simple and personal, KMHI has also distinguished itself in the NEPA region by guaranteeing full-service of a Kintner home long after the last brick is laid.
