Sullivan County Vaccine Clinic Booked

Posted at www.sullivancounty-pa.us

All appointments for the Jan. 29 and 30 vaccine clinic at the Sullivan County Elementary School Cafeteria have been filled. We know that everybody who wanted an appointment for this clinic was not able to schedule one.

The desire for vaccines is currently greater than the supply.  We ask for your continued patience and understanding as we work with our state and local partners on future events.  In the meantime please keep checking with your health care provider or monitor the Department of Health (DOH) map of vaccine providers that can administer a COVID-19 vaccine to anyone covered by Phase 1A.

Approximately 500 vaccine appointments were available for this clinic.  Prior to the registration link being posted, around 200 appointments were filled by Fire/EMS providers, critical school district personnel, and high-risk senior citizens.  These appointments were scheduled with assistance from the Area Agency on Aging, Sullivan County Department of Emergency Services, and DOH.  All appointments scheduled for Friday and Saturday’s clinic are in accordance with CDC and DOH current Phase 1A standards.

Please check the webpage www.sullivancounty-pa.us/covid19 periodically for news on future clinics as vaccine supplies increase.
