The holidays have arrived in Montrose. The streets are adorned with greens and white lights, and Slanted Art is overflowing with holiday spirit. Our windows on the corner of Church Street and Route 29 have come alive with a whimsical winter wonderland. Be sure to check them out. Then come on in where you’ll be met with the sights, sounds, and smells of the holidays. The gallery is filled with the wonderful creations of our 35+ local artists and offers a unique shopping experience.

Santa has arrived and the trees are up and filled with many beautiful handcrafted ornaments. We have authors and artists, potters and photographers, quilters and sewers. There is lovely jewelry, essential oils, lotion, soaps, and candles. There are fresh green wreaths and you may even find a fresh floral arrangement. You’ll find a unique gift for almost everyone on your list. But just in case you can’t decide, how about a gift certificate? Gift certificates can be used on anything in the gallery, including yoga classes or a really wonderful relaxing massage.

Be sure to watch the Slanted Art Co-op Facebook page for some exciting news of an upcoming addition to the Slanted Art gallery.

Worried about shopping in person? Try our online shopping site https://slantedartcoop.square.site/ You never can tell what you might find.

This holiday season finds us all in a situation we’ve never faced before. Shopping locally keeps you away from the crowds of the big stores. So, shopping at Slanted Art makes great sense. For your safety and ours, we will be sanitizing often and wearing masks. Because many of our items beg to be touched we ask you to sanitize you hands when you come in.

All the artists from Slanted Art want to wish you a healthy and happy holiday season!!
