As a Republican candidate for the office of Wyoming County Commissioner, I will use my many years of county government knowledge and accounting to enhance the efficiency of the county to ensure fiscal responsibility. As a commissioner it is important to provide every county resident assistance in the prevention of substance abuse and to manage soundly Act 13 funding. To ensure voting machines and the county’s voting system is safe and secure along with many other issues that involve this county such as, clean air and water, tax relief, mental health services, senior citizens services, human services, veterans services, transportation and a responsible way of managing the three branches of local county government. A commissioner must work closely with every local business owner to help maintain and enhance our local town business districts within the county. This can only help to preserve our hometown values when we work together. A commissioner must safeguard the tax dollars and use common sense in managing all the county budgeting issues. A commissioner must be a full-time leader to have an open-door policy to be accessible to the public 24/7 and to be transparent and to communicate openly with all the citizens. As a county commissioner you must be able to work with State and Federal officials and all local government agencies ensuring Wyoming County provides the residents a sustainable future.
Ritz goes on to say, “I am respectfully requesting your vote and support for the office of Wyoming County Commissioner, together we will work for the betterment of our county for ourselves and future generations.”
