Several Future Business Leaders of America members from Tunkhannock Area High School were among the participants of the Legislative Breakfast hosted by the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce at Stone Hedge Golf Club this morning. Key speakers included (seated, right) State Sen. Lisa Baker, (center) State Rep. Karen Boback, and (not pictured) U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta. Student representatives included (seated, from left) A.C. Macko, Catherine Trexler, Nick Reposa, (back) Dylan Mislevy, Ethan Hoefert, and Tony Mastroianni.

The FBLA of Tunkhannock Area High School was well-represented on April 11 at a legislative breakfast hosted by the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce.

According to Tunkhannock business teacher and FBLA advisor Jason Keown, the FBLA is working to expand its partnership with the Chamber, and the breakfast meeting, which was sponsored by Cabot Oil & Gas and featured a question and answer session with two state politicians and one U.S. Congressman, was “a great way for students who are going to be in the business world to see the power of the Chamber.”
