1A Vaccine Clinic Planned in West Falls

The Wyoming County Emergency Management Agency and the Wyoming County Commissioners are announcing a COVID-19 vaccination clinic. The provider/host is the Exeter Township Health Care Center/Dr. Mary Elizabeth Sokach. Their office is a division of Rural Health of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

The clinic will be held at the Lake Winola Fire Company Station, 123 Woodside Avenue, Falls, PA 18615.

The date for this clinic is: WEDNESDAY APRIL 14th from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The clinic will be held by APPOINTMENT ONLY. To schedule an appointment time, please call 570-704-4117. Once you receive an appointment time please be on time and do not come more than 10 minutes early because of limited space. Be there for your scheduled time.

This clinic will be focused on the 1A population (persons 65 of age or older).

The vaccine will be the Moderna two-shot.
