Bradford County commissioner Ed Bustin (right) welcomed Troop 30 Scouts (continuing from right) Keegan Freeman, Theo Bly, Austin Frisbee, and Nicholas Ward and Scout leader Stephen Ward to the courthouse in Towanda on Dec. 16. Bustin answered questions from the teens about county government before giving them a tour of the courthouse and its many departments. Troop 30 is from Columbia Crossroads.
