Pickett, Owlett to Host Public Meetings About Frontier Communications

Two informational meetings will be held to update area residents about the next steps following the filing of a formal complaint against Frontier Communications. Both meetings will feature presentations by the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) and Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA), which filed the joint complaint with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) against Commonwealth Telephone Company, LLC d/b/a Frontier Communications Commonwealth Telephone Company (Frontier Commonwealth).

Hosts will include Reps. Clint Owlett (Tioga/Bradford) and Tina Pickett (Bradford/Wyoming); Pennsylvania Consumer Advocate Patrick Cicero; Pennsylvania Small Business Advocate NazAarah Sabree; and community members.

Both meetings will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16:

  • Wysox Volunteer Fire Company, 111 Lake Road, Wysox, at 3 p.m.

  • Wellsboro Fire Company Annex, 21 East Ave., Wellsboro, at 7 p.m.
