In collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh – Overdose Reduction Technical Assistance Center, the Bradford Sullivan County Addiction Network has created a survey to better understand the attitudes and behaviors of members in the community in regard to substance use.
Your answers from this survey will be kept confidential. The answers will only be reported in aggregate and will help Bradford Sullivan County Addiction Network indicate the type of training and education that will best reduce the present stigma relating to substance use disorder (SUD) and overdoses amongst the community.
Please note that these questions do to not reflect the attitudes nor beliefs of any members of the Bradford Sullivan County Addiction Network; They are meant to measure the attitudes and behaviors associated with SUD for those that work and/or live in Bradford and Sullivan County.
