The Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau (EMVB) has released their annual visitors guide for Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wyoming counties. The latest Guide to the Endless Mountains features over 300 businesses, organizations and attractions throughout the region.
The guide also features articles about new attractions like the Endless Mountains Gravel Bikepacking Loop, the Martins Creek Viaduct Scenic Overlook and Vosburg Neck State Park.
The guide is a valuable resource, not only for tourists planning their vacations, but also for area residents searching for fun things to do. Inside, readers will find information about outdoor recreation, shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries, museums, historic sites, farm markets, family activities and more. An events calendar highlights annual fairs and festivals.
“The new guide captures the spirit of the Endless Mountains. People love the nostalgia and charm of our local businesses, small towns and peaceful countryside.” said Jean Ruhf, executive director of EMVB. “Here, people can escape the hustle and bustle and spend quality time with their families. That’s what our region is all about.”
Each year, EMVB distributes 100,000 printed copies of the guide via mail, events, brochure racks and more. The guide is also displayed at state welcome centers and rest areas throughout Pennsylvania and New York.
To request a free copy of the guide, call EMVB at 570-836-5431 or visit endlessmountains.org/information-request. You can also stop by the EMVB office at 5405 State Route 6 in Tunkhannock. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. An outdoor kiosk is available 24/7 with guides and other brochures.
