As part of the celebration of the organization’s 25th anniversary, the Endless Mountains Heritage Region (EMHR) has opened an online store to allow supporters to purchase apparel and other merchandise with the EMHR logos.
“The online store will be open the first two weeks of every month with orders being filled and shipped during the remaining weeks of the month,” EMHR executive director Cain Chamberlin explained. The store will open again on June 1, and all proceeds from sales benefit the EMHR, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
In addition to the EMHR logo, available merchandise also celebrates the new Endless Mountains Gravel Bikepacking Loop, the 444 Club, and the Susquehanna River North Branch Water Trail. The North Branch won this year’s PA River of the Year contest sponsored by POWR (PA Organization of Watersheds and Rivers), and some apparel has been made by The Finan Detail specifically to mark that milestone.
As the official steward of the North Branch, the EMHR also manages the 444 Club, which acknowledges canoeists and kayakers who have paddled the entire 444-mile length of the Susquehanna River from Cooperstown, NY, through Pennsylvania to Havre de Grace, MD.
Available items include shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, water bottles, and Water Trail maps. Orders can be shipped or picked up in-person at The Finan Detail, 512 Towne Plaza, Tunkhannock.
The EMHR will also be participating in the NEPA Gives initiative on June 1 and 2, an online giving extravaganza that benefits participating nonprofits in most northeastern PA counties, including Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wyoming. Readers interested in supporting the EMHR can make their donations securely at nepagives.org on those dates.
“Our schedule is bursting at the seams this year with events and activities that celebrate our anniversary and the PA River of the Year win,” said Chamberlin. “NEPA Gives and our new online store provide an opportunity for the public to show its support for the EMHR.”
