Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau Spotlights Spring & Summer Events

Submitted Article

As vacation season approaches, the Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau (EMVB) is looking forward to the return of annual fairs, festivals, and events throughout the region. A list of local events can be viewed on EMVB’s online calendar at endlessmountains.org/events.

The calendar is quickly filling up with spring and summer events, including concerts, nature programs, historical demonstrations, art events, and more.

Our online events calendar is a helpful resource, not only for visitors planning their vacations, but also for local residents searching for fun things to do with their families,” said Jean Ruhf, executive director of EMVB. “It’s also a wonderful way for area businesses to spread the word about their events.”

Businesses and organizations in Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming counties are welcome to send their events to the online calendar at endlessmountains.org/add-event. As always, there is no cost to submit an event. Events should be focused on leisure or recreation.

The Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau is the designated tourism promotion agency for Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming counties. Since 1962, this non-profit organization has marketed the region through regional, state, and national publications; newspapers; broadcast media; trade shows; online publications; and more.

To learn more, you can contact EMVB at 570-836-5431, visit endlessmountains.org, or follow PA Endless Mountains on Facebook and Instagram. You can also stop by the Visitors Center at 5405 State Route 6 in Tunkhannock. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
