Earth Day Celebration Set for Bradford County

The Bradford County Conservation District is holding its first official Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 22. The event will be held rain or shine at the East Side Riverfront Park from 10 am to 2 pm.

Highlights will include a chicken barbecue, proceeds from which will benefit the Canton FFA. In addition, there will be free door prizes, live music featuring the High Grass Ramblers and Tanner Bingaman and Kamri Hoffman of North Rome Christian School, a performance by the Sona Dance Company, 4-H representatives and FFA, Dairy Princess, Troy Fair Queen, free s’mores, live animals from the Endless Mountains Nature Center and the Second Chance Wildlife Center at noon, A Hope 4 Lyme, free recycling bins (limited quantity), informational booths and more.
