Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania is excited to announce AllOne Charities & AllOne Foundation is collaborating with Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s (FSA) programs.

AllOne Charities has generously supported FSA’s Professional Counseling program with a grant of $10,000. FSA’s Professional Counseling program provides professional counseling services to adults. Through AllOne Charities’ funding, FSA is assured that access to these mental health services for uninsured and under-insured clients continues the quality of service provided will be maintained through professional training, and an upgrade of the environment will occur.

AllOne Foundation has also generously supported FSA’s PA 211 NE/ Help Line program with a grant of $132,000. PA 211 NE/ Help Line provides a free 24/7/365 telephone, text, and web information and referral service human services ranging from food, housing insecurity, emergency shelter, aging, services to mental health access, child abuse/ neglect reports, drug and alcohol services, utility assistance, homelessness, and victim services. This funding will cover the costs of two full-time positions to provide services and also raise awareness of these services across the 12 county region both FSA and AllOne Foundation serve, and staff development.

McGowan, Esq., Chief Executive Officer, of the Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania which provides Professional Counseling and PA 211 NE/ Help Line said, “We are thrilled to be the recipient of this support from AllOne Charities and AllOne Foundation. FSA will utilize the funds judiciously to benefit as many residents as possible in the region.”

The Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania was established in 1895 by a group of involved and concerned members of the community to provide diverse services to children, individuals, seniors, and families empowering them to achieve their full potential through building healthier relationships and stronger communities.
