Back this year is Endless Mountains Heritage Region’s Annual Grants Workshop, this time in the Keystone Theater at 602 Main Street, Towanda. The event will begin promptly at 9 am on Friday, February 20, 2026. The workshop is free and open to the public for those interested in learning more about grants that pertain to outdoor recreation, historic preservation, community and economic development, event promotion and more.
Speakers for this event include various state and regional organizations that issue grant funding at different levels. The goal of this event is to educate local organizations, non-profits and municipalities on the opportunities for funding that are available to them, which then in turn, benefit local communities throughout EMHR’s four-county region.
This year’s speakers include:

- Jean Ruhf, Executive Director, Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau
- Robyn Cummings, Executive Director, Bradford County Tourism & Promotion Agency
- Staci Wilson, Executive Director, Susquehanna County Promotion and Tourism Agency
- Johanna Hripto, Environmental Scientist, and Stacy Hanrahan, Communications Specialist, Susquehanna River Basin Commission
- Janet Sweeney, Vice President, Pennsylvania Environmental Council
- April Hannon, District 4-0 Project Manager, and Steven Fisher, District 4-0 Planning Specialist, PA Department of Transportation
- Karen Arnold, Keystone Historic Preservation Grant Manager, PA Historical & Museum Commission
- Cain Chamberlin, Executive Director, and Vanessa Billings-Seiler, Grants Coordinator, Endless Mountains Heritage Region
The grants workshop at the Keystone will last approximately three hours. Though the event is free and open to the public, registration is requested and can be done easily at EMHeritage.org/events.
