The Troy Veterans Club Auxiliary and the Troy American Legion Riders are teaming up to host a Valentine’s dinner and dance on Saturday, Feb. 13. Music will be provided by the classic rock band Still Kickin’ (above).
Members of the Troy Veterans Club and Troy American Legion Post #00 invite the public to a Valentine’s dinner and dance to be held on Saturday evening, Feb. 13 at the Troy Vets Club at 1830 Veterans Drive off Prospect Street.
Dinner will be served from 5 to 7 pm and will include shrimp cocktail, 10 oz Delmonico steak, roasted red potatoes, green beans, salad, and cherry cheesecake for dessert. The meal will be followed with a performance by classic rock band Still Kickin’ from Watkins Glen, NY.
Cost is $40 per couple, and reservations can be secured at 570-297-3122. Proceeds from the event are used by the Veterans and Legion members to support projects and entities in the Troy community, such as the pool, library, fire department and Troy Fair.
