We’ll Play Again Some Other Day

The playground at Lazy Brook Park in Wyoming County was merely flooded by snow melt on Tuesday afternoon but, at the other end of the park, ice jams on Tunkhannock Creek were causing water to back up in the overflow channel of the former housing development that now serves as a recreational outlet in Tunkhannock Township. Colder overnight lows are in the forecast, but temperatures are expected to rebound by the weekend
