Milder Temperatures Should Stick Around

Temperatures climbed into the 30s today at the airport in Eaton Township, Wyoming County for the first time in a week. The warm-up will continue and allow for a slow thaw of recent snow and ice build-ups. Highs will be mostly in the 30s and 40s through the next week, with overnight lows ranging from the 20s to 30s. The biggest concerns will be some rain early in the week and refreezing at night.

The eight-day forecast follows:

Friday night’s expected low – 24 (cloudy)

Saturday – 45/30 (partly cloudy)

Sunday – 42/32 (mostly cloudy)

Monday – 43/40 (PM showers)

Tuesday – 43/28 (rain/PM mix)

Wednesday – 33/20 (mostly cloudy)

Thursday – 34/20 (partly cloudy)

Friday – 45/33 (sunny)

Saturday – 50/40 (showers)
