Weather Window: Cool and Damp Weather Ahead

Skies were overcast, and temperatures were below normal in Laceyville (Wyoming County) this morning. Not much change is expected in the Endless Mountains over the next week.

Heavy rain that nobody needs is in the offing over the next 24 to 36 hours. Temperatures will fluctuate in a below-average range over the next week.

It could rain almost any time, with the brighter days being Tuesday and Wednesday. Our first chance at reaching the 70s again will be Tuesday, May 16.

Hang in there. There are no severely cold nights forecast, and long-range predictions suggest drier days in late May – perfect for planting.

Thursday Night’s expected low: 48

Friday – 60/55 (stormy)

Saturday – 58/40 (am rain)

Sunday – 50/35 (showers)

Monday – 45/35 (am rain)

Tuesday – 55/40 (cloudy)

Wednesday – 58/45 (cloudy)

Thursday – 60/45 (pm rain)

Friday – 60/45 (showers)
