Oldest Commissioner Honored on 101st Birthday

Charlotte Montross Hadsall, recognized as the first appointed female commissioner in Wyoming County, fulfilling the term of her late husband Emerson Jack Montross, was visited today by current county commissioners Judy Mead (left), Tom Henry (right), Mike Stabinsky (second from right) and Judy’s granddaughter, Emily. Charlotte turned 101 at the Gardens at Tunkhannock.
