Mehoopany Creek Watershed Association to Hold Annual Trout Day Fundraiser

The Mehoopany Creek Watershed Association has scheduled the Annual Trout Day Fundraiser on Saturday, April 14 along PA-87 at Forkston Corners from 8 am to 1 pm. Association members will be selling soup, wimpies, hotdogs and sweets along with MCWA logo clothing and wood crafts.

MCWA President Kyle Ziegler says, “If you need a snack on opening day or just want to stop in and shoot the breeze for a while, we’ll be there bright and early. Our annual fundraiser is a good time to learn about our water quality efforts in the watershed, share with us your concerns and see how you can also become involved.”
